
I was browsing through Youtube and I came across with this recipe. Its a Thai dish and from the video its very simple and not a hassle to work with. Its very convenient for someone who is in a rush and also a working mom like myself.I always cook before I went to work. I bring food from home since everything is so pricey nowadays. Rm 30 for one whole day.Thats not including with tolls, cost for public transport and fuel.
So I decided to give it a try and it turn out amazing.So i want to share this with everyone of you.
Thai Beef Basil.
Ingredient.
3 table spoon of Olive Oil or any cooking oil.
4 chilli padi
1 small shallots
4 cloves or Garlic
Minced Meat ( can change with Chicken or Lamb or Turkey )
2 table spoon of Fish Sause
1 table spoon of sweet thick soy sauce
20 leaf of Sweet Basil
1 Egg
Direction.
1. thinly sliced shallots and chopped Garlic
2. Finely chopped chili padi and roughly chopped sweet basil leaf.
3. Heat oil in a wok and saute shallot, garlic and cili padis.
4. Add minced meat and cooked until turns brown.
5. Add Fish Sauce and Thick sweet Soy Sauce and finally add Sweet Basil Leaf. Set aside.
6. Fry an egg but dont cook too much. Make sure the yolk is half cooked.
7. Serve is hot with rice.
