Cake Pop

What the hell is a Cake Pop? Yes.. that was my first reaction. Its basically a cake in a round on a lollipop stick.Its very cute and super simple to do.As soon as i find out about Cake Pop, i was juggling with few idea's on making Cake Pop as a door gift  But its a chocolate based so im afraid that the white chocolate will melt eventually.

So after afew times finding out the perfect recipe and technique, i came across with this recipe from Google.At first after studying the recipes and technique, it look's so complicated, but once u start doing it, its really simple. Its something that you can asked small children to make it with you. Seriously its super fun.

So here's goes.



Ingredient.

1 box of Chocolate Moist Cake Mix.
Chocolate Frosting
Lollipop Stick
White Chocolate( 3/4 bars for coating the cake balls. Remaining for glue)
Sprinkle.

Direction.

1.  Baked the chocolate moist cake as per instruction on the box.Once cooked, let it completely cool off..

2. then remove the cake from the baking pan and place it onto a large bowl. Crumble all the cakes into small pieces.

3. Add Chocolate Frosting bit by bit until and mixed all combine until it has a sandy texture. Make sure not to add too much frosting.

4. Use mini ice cream scoop of just using 1tbsp to scoop the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on a plate.1 box of Chocolate Cake will make 16-18 medium size cake balls.

5. Melt the white chocolate on a double boiler and continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melt.

6.Take a tip of the Lollipop stick and dip into the melted chocolate and then stick them 2/4 ways into the cake balls.

7.  Place the cake ball into a freezer for 20-40 minutes until the Lollipop stick is is glued to the cake.

8. Melted the rest of the remaining bar of chocolate.Dip the cake balls until it covered with melted white chocolate.

9. Use sprinklers to decorate the cake balls. Make sure to do it very fast as the melted chocolate hardens very fast.DONE!

1. I didnt managed to take the picture sebab was in a rush nk place them in the refrigerator and pack them before heading to umah Maksu.

But,afew my cousin mentioned that it was awesome. heheh.. will be making more of it soon =)
