Murtabak Mini

Murtabak is one of the most famous dishes when it comes to breaking fast during Ramadhan. My family love them but we only bought them since neither me or my mom knows how to make them.
So i did try this on recipe which i try to improvised myself.I think this is simply basic recipe.




Ingredient A


  • 2 cawan tepung
  • 2 sudu planta
  • 1 cawan air
  • garam
Ingredient B.

  • 2 biji kentang
  • 1 biji bawang merah
  • 1 ketul ayam fillet 
  • 1 biji telur
Direction.

  1. mixed all ingredient A in 1 big bowl until it forms a dough. Grease the bowl to make sure the dough didnt stick.Set aside.
  2. saute all ingredient B in a pan until fragrant.Once done, put the ingredient into a large bowl and add egg to the mixture.
  3. Form a thin layer dough and place in on top of a flat pan.
  4. then take 2 spoonful of egg mixture on the dough and fold them to cover the egg mixture.
  5. Leave it for 2-3 minutes til the dough and egg mixture cook and flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. serve hot.
