Cheese Nacho With Salsa.

I make this every time me and my family had movie night. I also made them once for Che Mat. He likes it. So i guess i can make more for him.

Ingredient

Salsa

• 3 tomato besar, potong into small cubes
• 1/2 bawang merah, potong nipis-nipis
• 2 sudu besar daun ketumbar. Or boleh digantikan dengan daun bawang.
• Air 1 biji limau nipis
• 1 sudu besar jus Lemon
• 2 sudu kecik chili flakes
• 2 sudu kecik sos cili
• 1/2 sudu kecik grated bawang putih
• garam dan pepper untuk rasa.

1. Mix all the ingredient together.
2. Guna garfu dan lenyekkan everything so that the tomatoes separa hancur
3. Simpan dalam fridge for marinate or boleh dimakan camtu aje

Cheese Nachos

Ingredient

• 1 Packet besar Nacho's (which can be found at any groceries store)
• Grated Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese.  
• Chili flakes

1. Grease the baking pan with a oil.
2. Tip tortilla chips on to a baking tray, pour over salsa and scatter over a few sliced spring onions.
3. Taburkan cheese.Make sure sume nachos tu di cover dengan cheese. 
4.  Taburkan Chilli Flakes.
5. Preheat oven for 150 celcius and bakar untuk 15 minutes or until cheese melted.
