Dani is a big fan of Garlic. In all my cooking, he will request to put extra amount of garlic. But sadly enough, im not a garlic person. I can eat garlic bread, but a huge amount of garlic in one dish is something i cant tolerate. Even when my mom cook nasi goreng, i will make sure that the garlic been chopped into very tiny pieces. If not, i will start puking
So one day i decided to try out something different improvising from my Carbonara Spaghetti recipe.
Ive decided to add afew bunch of Garlic in my Carbonara recipe.The concept is still the same, just adding extra amount of Garlic.

Ingredient.
- Fettuccine ( Danis' favorite but can used any kind)
- 5-6 Button Mushroom ( cut into 4 )
- 2 Table spoon of Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp mentega
- 6 cloves of Garlic ( diced or
- 1 tbsp All Purposed Powder
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2/3 cawan keju parmesan parut ( boleh d kurangkan mengikut citarasa masing² )
- 1/3 tsp serbuk lada putih
Direction.
- Panaskan mentega d dalam periuk.. Tumis bawang putih selama 1 minit d atas api sederhana.
- Tutupkan api dan masukkan tepung dan gaul sebati.
- Kemudian bukakan api semula dan tambahkan susu.
- Masukkan keju, serbuk lada putih, ( sedikit gula jika perlu ) dan daun sup cincang. Gaul rata sehingga kepekatan yang d kehendaki.
- Tutupkan api dan tuang d atas pasta yang telah d masak dan d gaul dengan sedikit minyak zaitun.
