Last nite after along days at work and i was totully stress out over things which i was really hoping to real was completely parish. As i just finish reading the Al-Quran and cleaning up my wardrobe *gilo bersepah*, ive decided to release my stress. How?... Cooking...
In my family , im the only one with this weird behavior. My mom whenever she need to calm her self down, she will clean the house or just simply lock he self in the room, switch on the air-cond and 'zzzzzzzzz'!.Literally. Abah will head to the golf club and hit afew rounds, alya will sit in her room and blast the music. But me, cooking!
So back to the story, since mommy is going to Indonesia tomorow, ive decided to helped her out and cooked for me Baked Macaroni.This recipe was invented by my mom herself and i managed to make my own version of it since she never taught me how to make one at the first place.
I switch of both my fons and start cooking. Whenever im cooking in the Kitchen, i never allow anyone to enter the kitchen. Not even my cat. YESH! weird kan?Thats me. I need full concerntration whenever im cooking. Even last nite while i was busy cutting the chicken n veges my dad decided to enter the kitchen and all of the sudden i heard my mom screamed. " Jangan masuk dapur.. nanti anak u bising. Die tengah masak tu . If u nk pape, better u suruh die amekkan ". Abah was like 'ape ke pelik anak aku nih'. hahaha.. baru die tau anak die camne.
For 2 hours straight i was in the kitchen and for 2 hours also my mom have to wait to enter the kitchen. So, after putting the macaroni into the oven, and clean up everything and moped the floor, ive declared the kitchen is open for business again. Muahahaha!!!
