It has been almost 3 months since i gave birth to Baby D. The first 2 months ive lost almost 11kg.My heaviest while having Baby D is 99kg. Im an Elephant i know. Not normal for all mothers as soon as you delivered your baby, all the baby weight will go off. But getting back into shape is not so easy as it used to be.
Honestly speaking, im not blessed with solid, toned and slender body and i get that.I get jealous for those mom who are small size and during the time their pregnant, you cant even tell whether they're pregnant or not due to the fact that they are small sizes.
Well, some of my Engineer dont even noticed that i was pregnant til the time when i gave birth to Baby D. The reason is because, ive been having my '4 months old pregnant' tummy. hahaha!
Ive told my husband i want to loose all the baby weight and also get back into exercising right after Baby D comes out. Husband was very supportive and he doesnt about it as long as my booty is still there .lols :p
My Gynea also reminded me on loosing afew kilo before my next pregnancy to avoid any complication.( High Blood Pressure History). So i was so eager to loose all the weight. I control my food intake, portioning my food and drinks alot of water. I was really happy about it.
I slowly started brisk walking every morning for 30-45 minutes. Its hard brisk walking when your 88kg over weight. My knee started to hurt, i cant stood up for 5 minutes and im panting every time i walked. This is bad! Really bad.
They say if you're breastfeed, i will eventually loose the weight. But lets be real, it wont shed the excess fat over night right? You cant just sit on your chair, breastfeed your baby and started chanting " Fat! transform into breast milk will you!". Well, if only it was that easy.
Lets face it. We dont like to be compared to a cow.Kim K. mentioned that the society called her a cow when she was pregnant with Baby Nori. Girl, if it were true, you freaking hot cow that it!
Loosing weight drastically can harm your baby. I didnt know that at first. After reading afew article, watching a documentary and also hearing from my Physicist ive decided to take things slow on loosing the weight. It claims that when your drastically loose your weight, your body release a toxin which can be transferred to your breast milk. Thats not good.
I dont have any pic during my first pregnancy. Reason so is because i dont feel connected with my body. :'(
So, Husband all the sudden forcing me to eat when i told him that i felt hungry all the time and its worst compared to the time when i was pregnant with Baby D. I always has this habit of asking question to my husband but to him it was a " you've already know the answers question." Ive asked him once if i cant managed to loose the weight and i will be a fat cow would he take me out on a date . He said " depends ke mane i bawak you. If i nak pergi kandang lembu of coz i kene bawak you ". Thanks for your insensitive jokes. Hahaha!
Husband doesnt really gives a f@cked about my weight or my appearance. His reason is simple - He doesnt really care what people thinks about how his wife look or how did she present herself.Because by the end of the day, He gets to come home to me. :)
So yes! Im taking things slow. I do planned on breastfeed Baby D til the day i found out im pregnant again or intil Baby D doesnt want to be breastfeed anymore.
Im just going to be a "hot" fat cow for a time being. Lets just embrace my hot fat cow-ness!. teheee!!
